As a full time professional, Ross has 25 plus years in video production in both government and business environments.
Starting out in the 1980’s as a camera operator at a Nashville, TN production studio, he worked on a variety of projects including commercial business videos, music videos for major artists, and broadcast quality television shows.
Working for the U S Postal Service from 1990 through 2007 he helped establish a multi downlink satellite network, built a television studio, produced multiple training projects and develop high profile marketing campaigns. His vast experience as a photographer, videographer, editor and producer helped prepare him for “shooting from the sky.”
In 2008 he moved from the USPS in Washington, DC to work with the Centers For Disease Control in Atlanta, GA through 2012. Ross worked with doctors, scientists and other health professionals and helped them educate the public, teach other health specialists, and provide general knowledge on a wide variety of topics using video. From the Swine Flu outbreak in 2009 to multiple trips to Africa developing programs for TB infection control, he produced videos informing and educating viewers in easy to understand language.
Recently, utilizing the availability of high quality cameras shooting from the vantage point of professional Unmanned Aerial Systems, Ross has launched a new service. He is providing stunning drone video and photography for industries such as Real Estate, TV Commercials, Golf Courses, Inspection Services, Resorts, Cinematography and more.

FAA Certifications
Effective August 29, 2016 anyone or any company operating a UAS or Drone for commercial purposes is required by the FAA to hold a Remote Pilot Certificate with a Small Unmanned Aircraft System Rating.
